This is an on-site, full-time role located in Bengaluru South, India. As an Event Executive, you will be responsible for managing events from start to finish which includes coordinating with clients, developing event concepts, managing budgets, working with vendors and suppliers, and supervising event staff and volunteers. Qualifications MBA in marketing is preferred but min Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field would be reqd Minimum of 5 years experience in event management or related field Must have excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, and be detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, as well as the ability to work in a team Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PPT, Word and Excel Knowing Design & Marketing Tools will be Plus Must have an understanding of key performance metrics for events, such as return on investment, return on objectives and event attendance, as well as marketing and promotional activities Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle stressful situations
