The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by outreaching potential clients and effectively communicating the benefits of Spynes AI-powered solutions. Prior experience in US sales, B2B sales, and SaaS sales is mandatory for this Junior-level position.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in US sales and a deep understanding of the North American market strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid experience in B2B sales, demonstrating the ability to build relationships and close deals with businesses (Mandatory skill).
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS sales, showing a track record of selling software solutions to enterprises (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in outbound sales with an ability to develop new business through various prospecting techniques.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cold calling, executing high volumes of calls, and converting leads into opportunities.
  • Experience in email outreach, crafting personalized email campaigns aimed at lead generation and engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, to effectively present ideas and negotiate deals with prospects.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, staying organized while handling multiple tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients in the automotive industry across the US and Europe.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate leads.
  • Effectively communicate the unique benefits of Spynes Generative AI solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Develop relationships with prospects to understand their needs and position Spynes solutions as the ideal fit.
  • Work towards monthly and quarterly sales goals, tracking progress and maintaining updated records in the CRM system.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on Spyne's latest products and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions to help improve and innovate our offerings.
