We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Online Bidder to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in business development and client acquisition through online platforms.Key Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals
Communicate with potential clients via chat, email, or calls
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project feasibility
Build and maintain strong client relationships

Required Skills:

Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing (preferred)
Ability to write effective proposals and emails
Strong research and analytical skills
Self-motivated and eager to learn

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience
