We are seeking a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and assisting with various personal tasks. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports. Conduct research and compile information as required. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive. Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times. Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
