- Take primary ownership of delivering high-quality Reltio MDM implementations by driving self and team efforts across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Translate complex business and data requirements into scalable Reltio configurations, guiding the team to design, build, and manage robust MDM solutions.
- Apply best-fit delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, iterative) and best practices such as code reviews, unit testing, QA processes, and client checkpoints to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Support the Project or Program Lead in managing delivery activities, including task planning, risk mitigation, people management, and progress tracking.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams across geographies to drive consistent communication, task alignment, and delivery quality.
- Manage a small team of developers/analysts; mentor junior associates in Reltio configurations, data modeling, and API integrations.
- Lead and monitor task allocation and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and accurate status reporting.
- Contribute to key project deliverables such as solution design documents, data model blueprints, API integration plans, unit test cases, and deployment checklists.
- Serve as a point of contact for client communications related to technical delivery, issue resolution, and progress updates.
- Demonstrate continuous learning and a drive for innovation by adopting emerging technologies, enhancing solution design, and encouraging the same within the team.
- Understand the client’s data architecture challenges and design complex workflows, match-merge logic, and survivorship strategies using Reltio MDM and related technologies.
- Make timely and effective decisions on solution approaches, technical problem-solving, and implementation planning by maintaining a clear view of project goals.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other computer related disciplines;
- 3–6 years of total experience with at least 3 years of hands-on implementation experience on Reltio MDM (must have worked on at least one end-to-end project).
- Strong expertise in configuring Reltio components – Data Model, Match & Merge logic, Survivorship rules, Reference Data Management (RDM), User Management, and Workflows.
- Proficient in working with Reltio APIs and Integration Hub; experienced in integrating Reltio with other systems via REST/SOAP services.
- Hands-on experience in data loading/exporting in Reltio and optimizing performance across ingestion and processing pipelines.
- Comfortable developing customizations using Java, JavaScript, or similar technologies; experienced in writing SQL queries for data analysis.
- Exposure to EBX, Informatica MDM/PIM, or Stibo is a plus; knowledge of data modeling, cleansing, quality, governance, and migration is expected.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including coding standards, code reviews, version control (GitHub), and CI/CD build processes.
- Ability to translate complex business rules and governance policies into technical configurations in Reltio.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure to design scalable data solutions; familiarity with ETL/File movement tools is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to guide junior associates, track tasks and timelines, and support delivery leads in meeting project milestones.
- Logical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Willingness to cross-train and work on other data tools/platforms as needed, with awareness of the latest trends in MDM and data technologies.
- Deep understanding of data management best practices and data analytics;
- Up to speed with latest technologies related (but not limited to) to cloud platform services, visualization, data management;
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with appropriate and logical structuring of thoughts process during discussion/ presentation;
- Lead project teams in driving end to end activities to meet set milestones and provide necessary mentorship/ guidance for the team growth;
- Ability to distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand frameworks and presentations;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams;
- Ability to work within a virtual global team environment and contribute to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects;
- Willingness to travel to other global offices as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.
