This person is a hands-on person who has experience in Application support and development. The primary role is to fix technical issues in the Liminals platform through troubleshooting, debugging, configuration changes, hot-fixes, tools development for advanced troubleshooting & debugging while managing a small team of App Support EngineersResponsibilities1. Provide hands-on Level 2 Technical Support to the Liminal Customers2. Perform advanced technical troubleshooting, hot fixes, tool development.3. Flexible to work in customer support environments usually involving extended support hours, working in 24x7 shifts, and weekend / public holiday support4. Support Technical Lead in mentoring, hiring the Application Support Team, creating and managing shift plans for 24x7 operation5. Work with the Technical Lead and Application Support team to constantly review the incoming ticket volumes, ticket prioritization, resolution plan, while maintaining the prescribed SLAs 6. Collaborate with cross functional teams as Engineering, Product and Customer Support (L1) teams for timely resolution and closure of customer issues7. Provide On-call support to the customer on technical challenges faced by the customer or during escalations, and articulate technical & functional aspects of solutions to the customers 8. Support the Technical Lead and Program Managers by providing timely Level 2 reports & data and in analysing with them the patterns of repeat issues, analysing root causes and their problem management9. Contribution to operational initiatives of the organization and department such as Custody Operations and Security OperationsRequirements1. Minimum 5 years of Application Support Experience in a production support environemt 2. Senior level Product Development or Application Support Experience3. Hands-on experience developing applications in TypeScript, NodeJs, Angular, MySQL, AWS (EC2, ECS), Linux and Mac Development environments/tools4. Experience in troubleshooting production issues, performing Root Cause Analysis, providing solutions and hot-fixes5. Hands-on experience in Scripting Languages like: Shell Script, NodeJS based programs to debug and troubleshoot issues6. Hands-on experience working on SOAP/REST APIs, Git, CI/CD Pipelines, Jenkins, Cloud, Dockers. 7. Experience building tools through Scripts, Config files, Analytics tools like AWS QuickSight.8. Experience in ITIL processes especially with Incident, Problem & Change Management 9. Experience in an AGILE/SCRUM development environment, is a plus10. Experience or knowledge of Blockchain, Wallet Infrastructure11. Understanding or experience of Blockchain based wallet infrastructure or Web3 applications, is an added advantage12.
