- Assessment & Evaluation: Design and grade assessments, tests, and assignments to monitor student progress.
- Board Preparation: Mentoring and preparing students for higher-level board examinations.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Extracurricular Involvement: Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings (PTMs), field trips, and school events.
