- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: sales, building client relationships, or account management.
- Experience in technology sales, with a focus on developing relationships with current business customers and growing their spend.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Experience in executing email campaigns through marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Experience in selling with and through resellers.
- Experience in Google Workspace or promoting productivity tools.
- Experience in translating analysis and insights into business plans.
- Experience in SaaS promoting to Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) and Mid-Market customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to promote Google Workspace products to the existing Workspace customers.
- Cultivate Google Workspace usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction over the phone with customers.
- Liaise with marketing and product teams to improve the overall experience.
- Work with reseller partners to generate business opportunities through the partner channel.
