S&OP Job Description QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 8 - 12 years of experience working with JDA demand, Fulfilment (Supply Chain Planning System) Knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques e.g. time-series, moving average, LEW, MLR, Croston, ARIMA etc. In-depth Knowledge of business processes related to Demand, Fulfillment and Supply Planning Basic knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques e.g. time-series, moving average, linear regression Strong business acumen & execution experience in supply chain process and systems Good Communication & presentation Skills Analytical mind-set, quick learner Experienced in Relationship Management Experience with MS Excel - MS PowerPoint Primary Responsibilities Manages the suite of tools within JDA (Fulfillment or Demand) and the functional design, training and improvements to stay ahead of changing business needs. Lead continuous improvement of Planning processes to ensure ongoing effectiveness and efficiency, (i.e. develop and implement process and system improvements to drive at shedding transactional/ lower value work through the better use of tools and systems) Ensuring system outputs are configured to be available to and leveraged by cross-functional users forecasting operational elements. Actively coach, develop and provide performance feedback/actions to managers, associates and support staff.
