• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including work areas, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors regularly to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchen areas, and office equipment.

• Run errands outside the office, such as delivering documents, packages, and mail to clients, suppliers, or other offices.
• Purchase and replenish office supplies, stationery, and pantry items as needed.
• Handle banking transactions, including depositing cheques or withdrawing cash, as directed.

• Assist office staff with basic administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Arrange meeting rooms, set up equipment, and provide logistical support for meetings, conferences, and events.
• Assist in distributing incoming mail, parcels, and packages to the appropriate recipients.

• Receive and distribute incoming faxes, emails, and correspondence to the relevant departments or individuals.
• Collect outgoing mail and prepare it for posting or courier delivery.
• Coordinate with courier services for the timely delivery and receipt of packages and
