Primary Responsibilities:Business Performance:- Meet sales and marketing budget- Fully responsible of accounts under assigned to him/her- Up-sell, cross-sell and promote resort facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue- Attend hotel clients and local community business events to network and maintain high visibility- Actively participates in sales presentations, property tours, and customer meetings- Update General Manager & Director of Sales & Marketing on market trends and business leadsProfile:Knowledge and Experience:- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable hospitality school- Minimum 7 years of Sales experience with reputed hospitality brands- High degree of professionalism with a strong understanding of markets and business acumen- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPointCompetencies:- Result and Target oriented- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills- Excellent communication and customer contact skills- Results and service-oriented with an eye for details- Ability to multi-task, and work well in stressful & high-pressure situations- A team player & builder- A motivator & self-starter- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times (ref:updazz.com)
