This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and fostering strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. It plays a vital role in achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Roles & Responsibilities :- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for devices.- Set & achieve sales targets, develop sales forecasts, and monitor performance against goals.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.- Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and customer segments for devices.- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and sales campaigns.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and partners.- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in the device field.- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.- Proven experience in sales management within the medical device industry.- Strong understanding of medical devices, healthcare industry dynamics, and regulatory requirements.- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data, sales trends, and financial metrics.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross- functional teams.- High level of integrity and ethical standards.Interested candidates pls apply or share your cv (ref:updazz.com)
