Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound strategies.- Pitch staff augmentation services (C2C, Contract, Remote) to potential clients in domestic and international markets.- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: requirement gathering, proposal sharing, rate negotiation, and closure.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal delivery teams.- Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements promptly.- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.- Attend client meetings (virtual or onsite), tech events, and webinars to build industry connections.- Track and meet weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue goals.
