Roorkee. As a QC Line Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products
through systematic inspection processes.
1. Quality Control
Conduct thorough inspections of production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform visual and dimensional checks on finished products.
Identify and report any defects, deviations, or non-conformities in the manufacturing process.
Collaborate with production staff to address and rectify quality issues promptly.
Monitor and enforce adherence to quality control procedures.2. Production Support
Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality at different stages of production.
Assist in troubleshooting quality-related issues during manufacturing.
Collaborate with production team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
Ensure the implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Kaizen practices in the quality
control process.
Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the Production Manager.Qualifications & Experience
Science /any technical degree/diploma with 3 – 5 years of experience in quality control within a
manufacturing environment.
Should be able to handle basic instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometer.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
