Role Overview:As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing content strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive organic traffic, and improve customer retention.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and own the end-to-end content strategy across channels - website, app, blog, social media, emails, and push notifications.2. Create and manage a content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, seasons, and user behavior insights.3. Collaborate with SEO, performance marketing, and product teams to create high-impact, conversion-oriented content.4. Oversee production of blog posts, product descriptions, videos, infographics, email newsletters, and social media content.5. Drive storytelling around farm-to-home sourcing, purity, sustainability, and customer trust.6. Ensure brand tone and voice consistency across all touchpoints.7. Use analytics to measure performance, tweak strategies, and report KPIs such as engagement, CTR, retention, and organic growth.Requirements:1. 3-6 years of experience in content strategy, preferably in a D2C or FMCG brand.2. Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and consumer behavior in e-commerce.3. Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills in English.
