- Build, QA, and launch email campaigns in Brevo for different user segments (individual, corporate, admin)
- Create email drip flows based on lifecycle triggers (abandonment, quiz behavior, renewals, etc.)
- Work on segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing of subject lines and content
- Use AI-powered copy and subject line optimization tools to improve engagement rates.
- Set up and maintain marketing automation workflows using Brevo and Pipedrive
- Assist in the setup of SMS/WhatsApp/push notifications and outbound call reminders
- Monitor and report on automation performance and troubleshoot sync issues
- Implement AI-driven predictive workflows (e.g., send time optimization, churn prediction, product/course recommendations).
- Perform weekly audits of data sync between backend → Brevo/Pipedrive
- Ensure correct tagging, attributes, and custom event triggers for each user type and brand
- Maintain data hygiene across automation flows
- Use AI-based anomaly detection tools to spot data sync or performance issues early.
- Track campaign performance using internal dashboards or Looker Studio
- Share weekly insights on open rates, CTRs, bounces, unsubscribes, etc.
- Make recommendations to improve engagement and delivery
- Use AI analytics to uncover hidden trends, segment behavior, and identify high-value user cohorts.
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, and QA team for smooth campaign execution
- Maintain checklists, SOPs, and documentation for recurring tasks
- Coordinate with Sales & Support for lead flow follow-ups and campaign timing
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and automation
- Strong experience with Brevo, Pipedrive, and tools like Make.com, Twilio
- Ability to build automation flows, manage segmentation, and run cross-channel campaigns
- Eye for detail in QA, testing, and data mapping
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and time management
- Comfortable taking ownership and being proactive in campaign execution
- Analytical mindset with an ability to translate numbers into actions
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Experience working in healthcare/ed-tech or certification-based platforms
- Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and compliance best practices
- Experience working in a remote, fast-paced marketing team
