This role ensures accurate commission calculations, timely payouts, and maintains system integrity across multiple business units and geographical locations across EMEA and APAC.Key ResponsibilitiesCommission System Configuration & MaintenanceConfigure commission system changes resulting from organizational structure modificationsInput and maintain commission plans in PS FinManage commission security settings for commission earners, business approvers, supervisors, and data controllersValidate and input commission earner profiles with appropriate commission plan assignmentsProcess guarantee and prepayment agreements in accordance with employee contractual termsRevenue Allocation & ProcessingEnsure accurate revenue allocation assignment to the commission earnersExecute revenue allocation batch uploads for non-CRM integrated business linesManage commission group amendments on behalf of Business and Finance teamsGenerate and distribute weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly Fee Allocation Reconciliation Reports as requiredReconcile Order-to-Cash (O2C) accruals and report discrepancies promptlyCommission Calculations & ValidationExecute commission pool calculations for countries with pool distribution modelsMonitor commission calculation jobs and resolve discrepancy issuesValidate commission calculations against individual employee / pool plan structuresProcess manual load activities for local requirements (including consolidated Business Unit, Incentives etc)Submit commission calculations to approvers through online PS Fin systemsPayment Processing & ReconciliationDownload and validate "To Pay" commission data for Finance approvalSubmit commission payouts to Payroll within established timelinesUpdate commission payment status in PS FinPrepare commission expense accruals using various Commission ReportsExecute commission account reconciliation for entries into ARCSReconcile commission payments and commission accrualsDocumentation & TrainingDevelop and maintain Local Country Quick Reference Guides and Standard Operating ProceduresCreate and update training materials for Local commission processesDeliver training to new data controller / Business / Finance personnel when requiredSupport local testing initiatives from operational perspectiveBusiness Support & ReportingProvide business-as-usual (BAU) and ad hoc support including commission report generationDocument new requirements from local teamsRespond to inquiries and provide information to Finance Business Partners (FBP)Communicate local nuances requiring clarification in commission plan configurationManage supervisor administration re-routing as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field3+ years experience in commission processing, financial systems administration, or related roleProficiency with Order to Cash process is a must, preferably PeopleSoft FinancialsStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracyAdvanced MicroSoft Excel skillsKnowledge of revenue recognition and accrual accounting principlesPreferred QualificationsExperience in commercial real estate or professional services industryFamiliarity with PeopleSoft Financials – Order to Cash processProject management or process improvement experienceKey CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage priorities with tight deadlinesCustomer service orientation for internal stakeholdersProcess improvement mindset with attention to compliance requirementsAdaptability to changing business requirements and system updatesFlexibility to work overtime when required.Open to all shift timings.This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely commission processing while supporting business growth through efficient system administration and stakeholder support.Location:On-site –Gurugram, HRScheduled Weekly Hours:40If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
