About The Job Client Proposal Managers play a meaningful role in supporting our growing sales and solution consulting team and have a direct impact on positive strategic new business. Client Proposal Managers will analyze, structure, solution, and present the long-term vision to clients and partners by providing innovative, creative proposals-recommending Client solutions to solve customer's sophisticated business problems. The ideal candidate will connect with both prospective and existing customers as part of the business development process. This candidate will lead a team of colleagues as they help expand, strengthen, and grow relationships and ultimately help customers realize the value of the Adobe Experience Cloud. This exciting role, you will work on Client DX solutions to help the sales team to build and deliver engaging proposals. Essential Job Functions: Work on qualified sales opportunities to respond to customer requirements and build contextualized responses. Work closely with Solution Consultants and Sales to scope and identify technology fitment and map to customer asks. Manage the proposal plan from initiation to submission. Hold kick-off and debrief meetings. Deliver accurate content in an established timeline. Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery. Qualifications: Prior experience and in-depth knowledge of at least one of the following functional areas / technologies: Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation, Content and Commerce Ability to understand the challenges faced by customer in envisioning their customer journey and propose relevant solutions. Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystem and integrations. Project management skills in delivering on-time solutions that routinely exceed customer needs. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills including conducting research, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations. A creative self-starter mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management capabilities Strong executive presence, Skilled in word processing and graphic programs (Office Suite, Adobe XD, Photoshop, etc.) Strong time management / prioritization skills. Strong presentation skills, communication, writing and documentation skills. Passion for new knowledge, resourceful and able to absorb concepts quickly. Enjoy challenges and learning about industry and technology trends.
