Job Description- Responsibilities- Report any problems, discrepancies or unusual situations that arise. Establish goals, budget time, and set priorities to achieve desired objectives. Respond to phone calls and questions from guests in a manner that is consistent with guest service philosophy. Assist with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management. Supervise the receiving of products and ensure that the proper paperwork is completed. Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Create quotations and Design Portfolio for customers for their selections. Review inventory for product rotation on a daily basis to prevent shrinkage and damages. Process cash and credit transactions accurately and dealing with customer refunds. Train employees in job responsibilities and safe operating procedures. What are the typical qualifications Strong command of English language and good communication skills. Well-developed expense control capabilities. A confident, natural leader and problem solver with demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skills. Expected to convey in-depth product knowledge. Able to display confidence, strong work ethic, and positive attitude. Job Location- Laxmi Industrial Estate, Andheri West.
