- You will contribute and focus primarily on managing day-to-day external relations with SAP Ariba and other Procurement systems / software providers. Strong collaboration and internal relationships with IT to ensure Procurement systems which are supported and optimized.
- Provide detailed technical support and Domain Expert / Ambassador for Ariba P2P. Play a key role in the global deployment of Ariba P2P.
- Ensure Ariba P2P / Procurement systems are optimized from a technical perspective.
- Support SMEs and BUs in the review of future system/software release notes for P2P in collaboration with IT and be responsible for the testing and deployment of any upgrades/fixes or improvements.
- Work with remote team to help ensure smooth running of P2P activities. Assist in the continuous improvement, implementation and alignment of procurement processes and relevant documentation.
- Provide technical mentorship and recommendations as a domain authority in P2P Operations to diagnose and develop recommendations to address business unit level problems.
- Develop and deliver training to increase awareness within P2P Operations of existing or new policies and procedures and platform functionality, to optimize performance and increase compliance.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred – OR equivalent.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience working in a Procurement organization or P2P solution provider.
- Experience with Global/Multi language system landscape.
- Experience working with the SAP Ariba platform is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge across Procurement and Procure to Pay processes.
- Configuration and address SIP Trunk, Management of Voice routing policy, Auto Attendant, call queue, collaborative calling etc.
- Assist team members with the day-to-day activities related to Unified Communication, support the team in continuous improvement.
- Supports audio visual and video conferencing equipment as it related to integration with Office365 and the Smith & Nephew Video Conferencing team.
- Provide support Teams Devices (Polycom, iPhones, iPads, Android, Neat frame etc). License monitoring & management and AAD user/groups management.
