- Experience in railway projects is highly desirable

- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with suppliers and vendors
- Knowledge of facility management (FM) practices
- Ability to handle physical work and lift heavy objects as necessary

- Ensure that all items are properly labeled, categorized, and identified
- Monitor and track inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstocking
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery and inspection of goods
- Implement effective records management systems to track stock movement
- Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with the procurement team to determine stock replenishment needs
- Maintain a clean and organized storage environment
- Adhere to proper inventory control procedures
- Assist with facility management tasks as needed
