- Manage the day-to-day administrative functions and support the General Manager actively.

- Handle calendar management including scheduling appointments and meetings for executives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including reservations, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow-up on action items as needed.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as directed by management.
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
- Serve as a liaison between the General Manager and other departments or external parties.
