Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a creative mindset, and a strong understanding of various social media platforms and trends. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic and leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze social media metrics to optimize performance. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Medium, YouTube, etc. 2. Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos (Short and Long), that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand identity. 3. Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends and conversations. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including influencer marketing, business development, and creative to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing initiatives and business goals. 5. Monitor social media analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 6. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to reach our audience and stay ahead of the competition. 7. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including captions, messages, and creatives to drive traffic and conversions. 8. Implement social media contests, giveaways, and other engagement tactics to foster community growth and interaction. 9. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a demonstrable track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing audience engagement. 3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different platforms and audiences, including video editing. 5. Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software. 6. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling. 7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations. 8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 9. Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. 10. Passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging social media technologies.
