We are hiring candidates for the profile of Client Servicing for the location of Kolkata and Mumbai.Responsibilities : - Servicing of corporate for their Non Employee Benefits Portfolio- Assist the Account Manager to set up the policy administration framework with the TPA and Insurance company- Set up the on-line portal structure with the TPA or in-house- Ensure effective roll out of all the policy inception processes at respective client locations- Monitor and manage the monthly endorsement with Insurer and TPA for all addition and deletion cases- Assist Client SPOC and members with claim support as and when needed- Provide client with all reports with regards to the policy utilization as and when required- Build relationship with TPA and Insurance company representatives in the region for ensuring efficient service deliveryExperience Range : 2+ YearsInterested candidates can share their resume (ref:updazz.com)
