- Develops, implements, and executes strategic hiring practices for multiple requisitions.
- Partners with key stakeholders and hiring managers to build a best-in-class recruiting process.
- Promotes diverse recruiting practices and combats biases by ensuring each role has consistent requirements.
- Reviews candidate resumes and may conduct interviews via telephone or video conference to assess candidates' strengths.
- Capture, report, and leverage competitive / market intelligence for supported client brands and business leadership.
- Establish, track, and analyze recruitment activity metrics and report on progress to business leadership, as requested.
- Attend recruiting events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships, source candidates, and further knowledge of the talent / business landscape.
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership qualities in a fast- paced, team-based environment while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
- Must have ability to work with a sense of urgency and be able to successfully navigate changing priorities.
- Graduate with around 15 years of experience with hands on experience in handling engineering recruitments.
- Strong knowledge of current trends, innovations, and best practices within Talent Acquisition.
- Having worked in Recruitment Consultancy firms or Multinational Companies with expertise in engineering recruitments.
- Prior experience working in ATS systems.
- Experience consulting, presenting, and communicating with executives and all levels of key stakeholders' partnerships.
- Skilled negotiator with the ability ton influence internal and external client base.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
- Highest level of integrity regarding confidential information.
