- Act as the primary face of the SI for all Oracle HCM engagements, representing delivery excellence, quality, and accountability.
- Serve as the functional authority across all HCM Cloud modules, with deep expertise in multi legislative Payroll, ensuring solutions align with client business needs.
- Lead major client workshops, requirement sessions, solution walkthroughs, and decision making forums with HR leadership.
- Translate business challenges into clear, actionable functional solutions while coordinating with architects and technical teams for complex design decisions.
- Provide strong governance across implementation, enhancement, and support phases, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead cross functional workstreams, manage deliverables, track risks, and drive proactive mitigation in collaboration with project managers.
- Ensure consistent quality of configurations, documentation, testing, and deployment activities performed by the delivery team.
- Oversee cutover planning, payroll readiness, UAT cycles, and post go live stabilization, acting as the client's trusted escalation point.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and process redesign across HCM operations.
- Partner with sales and solution teams to support RFP/RFI responses, gather requirements, and shape winning proposals.
- Participate in client pitches, presenting Oracle HCM capabilities, approach, timelines, and delivery models with confidence.
- Conduct tailored demo sessions showcasing key modules (e.g., Payroll, Core HR, Time & Labor), aligned with client use cases.
- Assist in estimating effort, defining scope, and identifying delivery risks during pre sales discussions.
- Guide prospects on Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities, industry best practices, and value driven transformation strategies.
- Build strong rapport with potential clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle.
- The Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem, cross module integration points, security, and governance models.
- Multi country payroll laws, statutory compliance, and operational payroll processes.
- HR process frameworks across hire to retire, attendance, benefits, compensation, and employee lifecycle management.
- SI delivery frameworks, governance structures, status reporting, and client side decision workflows.
- Functional impacts of quarterly releases, regression testing, and change management.
- Exceptional communication and presence -able to influence C suite, HR leaders, and business stakeholders with confidence.
- Strong leadership and ability to command complex discussions, manage escalations, and guide client decisions.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology: not deeply technical, but strategically functional.
- Strong relationship building skills, acting as a trusted advisor, not just a delivery manager.
- High emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and the ability to manage changing priorities across a multi-country landscape.

- 15+years of Oracle HCM experience with strong hands on exposure to a minimum of 4 functional modules.
- Proven experience managing multi country HCM Transformations or large-scale payroll operations.
- Strong client-facing experience leading workshops, governance calls, and steering committees.
- Experience coordinating with architects, technical leads, and offshore/onshore teams.
- Proven ability to take accountability for delivery outcomes, client satisfaction, and operational stability.
- Experience working in global SI delivery models (onshore-offshore).
- Exposure to HR transformation programs or large, multi phase Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Familiarity with reporting tools (OTBI), release readiness, and quarterly upgrade assessments.
- Previous experience working with or supporting pre sales, solutioning, or estimation cycles.
- Pre sales experience in shaping proposals, estimates, or scope documents.
- Exposure to HR transformations, large rollouts, or multi-country implementations.
- Familiarity with OTBI/BI reporting, release readiness, and quarterly upgrade testing.
- Experience guiding change management or user adoption initiatives.
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level consultants and building functional capability.
- Strong command in delivering executive presentations and handling escalations gracefully.
- Experience with program-level governance, PMO interactions, and steering committee discussions.
