Introduction This role supports BX in management of Cyber and Information Risk across India while catering to the twelve CISO functions that are listed above. What will you be doing Understanding of Cyber threats and vulnerabilities and technical controls to remediate or mitigate them Able to apply technical knowledge and work collaboratively with CSO SMEs and senior stakeholders to support BU Cyber compliance and risk management Experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with senior stakeholders and other BISOs through strong communication skills, both written and verbal Analytical and problem-solving skills, analysing and reviewing security issues identified. What We're Looking For Good understanding of Barclays Risk policies, Control framework, Cyber security vulnerabilities, KRIs, KCIs etc. At least five years of experience in issue management, and knowledge on guiding principles of vulnerability remediation is required. Person with self-driven attributes, structured and meticulous is desirable. Ability to handle different types of stakeholders is a must. Good Understanding of Risk management processes (e.g., analysis, identification, assessing and mitigating risk) in the context of our business Analytical and problem-solving skills, analysing and reviewing security issues identified Minimum education qualification-Graduate Good awareness and understanding of functional areas responsibilities and structure within a business like Barclays.
