Accountable for end to end solutions developed for EHS domain Architect end to end solutions for the EHS data domain following IDM's standardized architecture models including conceptual, logical, physical, and semantic structures. Design layered data models (Bronze → Silver → Gold) and optimize SQL for performance and scalability. Ensure designs integrate seamlessly across domains including Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, Sustainability, and others Build and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines in Azure Data Factory feeding Snowflake, with robust orchestration and monitoring. Apply Data Mesh principles-domain owned data, interoperability, governed access, and contract based consumption Partner with data engineers to build scalable, automated ELT/ETL pipelines using ADF, ensuring robust orchestration, monitoring, lineage, and quality checks Improve developer experience via templates, frameworks, reusable ingestion playbooks, and guardrails Collaborate with EHS reporting teams to expose curated datasets for Power BI Implement data quality checks, runbooks, and mapping documentation; participate in code reviews. Identify opportunities for capability enhancements, new tools, and architecture modernization across the EHS domain. Act as a thought partner to functional teams on data driven decision making, automation, and analytics maturity. Operate within ServiceNow workflows for requests and incidents. You will play a critical role in enabling automated, compliant, and repeatable data flows that support initiatives such as EU Taxonomy, EHS regulatory reporting, EPM 2.0, and broader sustainability data programs 10+ years in data engineering with hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and advanced SQL.
