This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in the IT industry and a passion for teaching and mentoring. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in a hands-on technical role. Strong knowledge and practical experience in various IT domains, such as networking, programming, databases, and operating systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training sessions. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to assist students with technical issues. Passion for teaching and mentoring students to help them build successful careers in IT. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other instructors and faculty members. Good organizational and time management skills to effectively manage training sessions and assignments. Roles And Responsibilities Deliver practical training sessions on various IT topics to students and job seekers in our lab facility. Provide guidance and support to students in troubleshooting technical issues and solving problems. Assist in developing training materials and curriculum for IT courses. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the IT industry to ensure relevant and up-to-date training. Evaluate and assess the progress of students through practical assignments, quizzes, and exams. Collaborate with other instructors and faculty members to enhance the overall training program. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the training content and delivery methods. Maintain and organize the IT lab facility, including the setup and configuration of hardware and software. Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students in the lab.
