- Conduct thorough property risk assessments, developing risk management strategies, and providing recommendations to our clients
- Work with property risk consultants in US to aid in report preparation and benchmarking
- Being a technical expert, you will guide the junior team members to enable them to capture high quality datasets from risk reports

- Perform on-site inspections to evaluate property and Nat Cat risks, and generate comprehensive reports to communicate findings and offer suggestions for enhancements
- Analyze data, including property blueprints, inspection reports, and historical records, to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Develop comprehensive risk assessments and reports for clients, including risk ratings, recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies
- Provide expertise and guidance on safety and security measures, fire protection, and loss prevention strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and emerging trends in property risk engineering
- Communicate and engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms
- Train junior team members and conduct knowledge sharing sessions around complex industrial processes, hazards and risk assessment parameters
- Demonstrate effective project management skills to ensure quality and timelines
- Manage stakeholders with varying levels of experience and seniority.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Around 8 years of experience in property risk engineering or a related field
- Working knowledge of NFPA Codes, FM Data Sheets etc.
- Professional engineering license or relevant certifications (e.g., PE, CFPS, CSP) is a plus
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, property safety standards, and relevant software tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Experience of servicing US clients in Property Risk Engineering
- Additional certifications in relevant areas, such as environmental risk assessment or disaster management, can be an advantage.
- Proficiency in using software tools and technology for risk assessment and data analysis
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards will give you an edge
