Role Description This is a full-time role located in Mumbai for a Revit Design Manager at GM Designs And Contracts. The Revit Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documentation phases of corporate interior projects using Revit. The Revit Design Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff members, coordinating with project managers, and troubleshooting technical issues related to design software. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in workspace design and drafting including a minimum of 5 years of Revit experience, with a detailed understanding of building systems and construction documentation. Demonstrated success in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables including budgets, construction documents, and construction administration. Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring staff members at different levels to meet project deliverables and deadlines. Strong communication skills, ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences, and experience working well in a team-oriented environment Experience with 3D Modeling tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max and Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
