Job Description:Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with US-based customers, and driving revenue growth through IT staffing and consulting services.Key Responsibility:- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking- Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS partners- Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill staffing needs- Negotiate rates, contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and SLAs- Close new business deals and meet or exceed revenue targets- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools- Stay updated on US staffing trends, technologies, and market conditions- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams for successful placements (ref:updazz.com)
