Key outcomes (normally consistent year to year) necessary to achieve Job Purpose.· Revenues, MGP , EBIT , Working Capital targets across Businesses· Strategic Objectives –· Support growth in businesses· Strategic Business Plans. Structuring new Business Models and trade terms· Competitive Benchmarking / Mapping and adopting best practices· Margin negotiations with customers· Operational Objective – MIS / Analytics, Reporting, Timely Customer Reconciliations, Collections and Inventory· Finance Objectives – Controls , Reporting , SOX recommendations implementationRequirement· Qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant· 5-7 years work experience in Commercial functions handling Decision Support roles and working with Leadership roles. Experience in apparel or consumer products is a plus.· Practical Knowledge of US SOX, US GAAP, and India GAAP· Familiar with SAP ERP system and good excel knowledge· Analytical and Commercial Acumen· Can work independently without direct supervision· Must have a sense of urgencyLOCATION India, Mumbai - OfficeFULL TIME/PART TIME Full time
