You are responsible to ensure that the Scrum process is used as intended. A key part of your role is to protect the development team, allow the teams to be self managed, foster collaboration across teams and keep them focused on the tasks at hand.͏Do:

Effective communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

senior requirement engineer with technical affinity to understand complex IT systems and dependencies.

experience in an agile team within the financial sector,

Experience with Agile tools (e.g. Gitlab, Confluence) is desirable.

excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

in depth data analysis experience using SQL, MS office tools.

Business analyst certification(s) e.g. IREB. Scrum master certification that would be a bonus.

ability to design and develop reports with Power BI is desirable.

educated to an equivalent level of bachelor's or master's degree. CFA/FRM certification is a plus.
