12. Implement operational best practices
13. Oversee employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximising a cost-effective benefits package
14. Participate in conference calls with the investment community
15. Maintain banking relationships

Represent the company with investment bankers and investorsThe individual should come from a NBFC background, willing to move to Hyderabad|Experience of leading an IPO is an added advantageCA with 18-25 years of experience from financial services / NBFC / Fintech with at least 5 years of CFO experience. Experience of leading an IPO is an added advantage.Our client is a prominent player in financial services, predominantly present in South India.
