- Experience: 9 12 years of expertise in process management, process improvement, or business process reengineering.
- ITSM Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT Service Management, with a strong background in leading teams across both Incident and Problem Management.
- Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Event, Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, as well as a solid grasp of the broader Service Management framework.
- Certifications: ITIL v3 Foundation certification required; ITIL v3 Practitioner or ITIL v4 Foundation certification preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in end-to-end process mapping, with practical experience leveraging ServiceNow as the key platform.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong presentation and communication skills, with a proven track record of building positive relationships with teams and stakeholders.
- Vendor & Performance Management: Experienced in managing vendors, defining and monitoring KPIs, and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Analytical Ability: Demonstrated capability to analyze information, identify critical issues, and provide well-reasoned, practical solutions based on experience and sound judgment.
