The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new customers for our retail banking products and services in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background and a proven track record of achieving targets.Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking- Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products and services- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the bank- Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing customers- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and proceduresQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry- Knowledge of retail banking products and services- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation and selling skills- Ability to work in a target-driven environment- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software- Fluency in the local language is preferredWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for career growth and development.
