  • Responsible for all Infra related O&M Activities with all the IP Partners.
  • Upgradation & Infra Support extension to internal Customers.
  • Responsible for implementation of automation & cost-effective measures.
  • Maintain Infra uptime as per defined SLA & driving various projects with IP Partners to maintain operations at Sites.
  • Coordination with IP vendors for Infra uptime and signoff.
  • Coordinate with project and optimization teams for new rollout and network KPI improvement.
  • Support to BSS Team, coordination to achieve highest network availability of System.

  • Essential : Graduation - BE (Electronics and communication)
