Come join our team!Summary: VES is looking for a Supervisor Production- Machine Shop to join our team in our Faridabad India location. This person will coordinate the Daily /Weekly /Monthly activities in Machine Shop section along with his team including Shift Leads & Operators to achieve established targets of Safety, Quality, Production volume, Cost Delivery & Morale.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Describe essential duties with the most important first.

To achieve zero accident/ incident by ensuring safety procedures & rules.
Supervise and direct the team in his section for smooth functioning as well as to achieve daily target as per daily plan & desired quality.
Effective communication with supporting department.
Apply the concepts of Lean Manufacturing.
To impart training to the team to help them work independently.
Update daily production data & maintain it physically as well as in soft respectively.
Ensure shift handover are efficient and consistent.
Investigation and troubleshoot quality concerns.
Fill CAPA for quality rejection & customer complaint.
Ensure the control of documents & records is maintained.
Monitoring of skill matrix & improve skill level of operators.
Maintaining route card across the shop floor.
Making of monthly machine loading plan according to customer requirement.
Maintain 5’S’ in his respective section.

Education and knowledge

Technical or Professional- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical.
Knowledge & hands on experience of Machine Shop (Lathe, CNC, VMC).
Knowledge of API Quality Management System.
Should Have working on SAP or Any ERP system.

Work experience

Minimum 5~7 years of experience in CNC, VMC and conventional machine shop.
