The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful onboarding, management, and engagement of retail outlets across a variety of categories,Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the onboarding and management of retail outlets across various categories, including Grocery, Fruits and Vegetables, Meat and Fish, Dairy, Specialty Stores, Sweets and Savories, Stationery, and more.
Enhance retailer engagement by introducing special offers on the Lovelocal platform.
Drive increased marketing expenditures from retailers by leveraging promotional offers on the Lovelocal platform.
Provide customers with diverse shopping options across all categories.
Coordinate and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities at retail outlets.
Optimize fill rates, delivery experience, and reduce delivery cancellation rates.
Address and resolve retailer grievances effectively.
Enhance product assortment, range, and pricing strategies.
