Must have Hands-on experience related to Configuration, Rules, Commerce Process, Pricing functionality, Document Designer, Workflow Approvals, Email Templates, Steps, BML, BMQL, Oracle/Salesforce CPQ APIs, Configuration Layout Design, and Pricing Engine. Must have Hands-on experience in CPQ Administrative activities like Environment Setup, Data Table Management, File Manager, User and Group Management, Parts creation, Code Migration, and Cascading Stylesheets (CSS). Experience in BML, BMQL, and Bulk Data Upload is a must . Experience in customized Oracle CPQ Cloud integration with other CRM/ERP applications. Experience in HTML/XHTML, XML, XSL, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, and SOAP-based web services are preferred. Experience in deployment and performing migrations from one environment to another environments. Preferred Oracle CPQ Cloud certifications would be preferred. Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks: Understand the current implementation and architecture of Oracle Big Machines CPQ, including platform configuration and processes integrated with salesforce.com. Responsible for understanding functional and technical design, implementation, and support of CPQ cloud solutions. Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues identified. Expertise in troubleshooting/debugging issues and performing preventive and corrective maintenance practices like root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve and prevent defects. Support the rollout of Oracle CPQ Cloud releases. Collaborate with business super users and cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization. Track, resolve and close user support requests, and assign or escalate user requests as appropriate. Qualifications External B.E or Equivalent
