- Build out timelines for one-off projects for Herman Miller Retail and Gaming.
- Review and update timelines in Wrike ahead of the status meetings and communicate any updates to the project manager ahead of the meeting.
- Regularly communicate and present project schedules, statuses, and updates, always tailoring communication and bringing solutions and opportunities in efficiencies.
- Processing invoices and PO’s, tracking and recording users for the account.
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
- Ensures that all projects are released to post-production on time to guarantee project due dates.
- Liaison with APMEA teams on project updates and status, to help with North America off-hours support. Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in web development or a related field. • 2 to 3 years of experience in the essential functions listed above.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
- Openness to receiving direction and working within specified deadlines.
- Adherence to processes and procedures defined for the role, the team, and the organization.
- Previous experience in a retail marketing driven environment is a plus.
- Effective collaboration with a variety of internal and external business partners.
- Flexibility in working hours to overlap with Eastern Time Zone
