Location: GurgaonJob Summary:The Piping 3D Modeller is responsible for developing and maintaining 3D piping models for oil and gas projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with design standards, and integration with multidisciplinary teams. The modeller will work closely with piping engineers, designers, and other disciplines to deliver high-quality 3D models that support detailed design, fabrication, and construction.Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in 3D piping modeling within the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as PDMS, E3D, SP3D, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of piping design principles, equipment layout, and routing best practices.
- Knowledge of industry standards and specifications (ASME B31.3, API, ISO, etc.).
- Experience in clash detection, constructability reviews, and model coordination.
- Familiarity with piping material specifications, supports, and fabrication requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
