Job descriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to the Founder's Office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong calendar management experience, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the Founder's calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings, and handling email management and prioritization. You will also act as a point of contact between the Founder and internal teams/clients, prepare reports and presentations, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and business discussions.The successful candidate will be a smart, well-presented, and professional individual with a strong work ethic. They will be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and will have a high level of discretion and confidentiality.The role will involve managing travel bookings, itineraries, and expense tracking, as well as assisting in business coordination, vendor follow-ups, and stakeholder communication. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the Founder's Office, and will support in special projects and strategic initiatives as required.Job requirements
