Experience: 10+ YearsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Freelance Saviynt Trainer with proven expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Saviynt Security Manager (SSM). The trainer will be responsible for delivering professional training sessions, creating course content, and guiding participants through real-time use cases and hands-on labs.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver end-to-end training on Saviynt IGA, including theory, demonstrations, and practical labs.Design and develop training content, presentations, and hands-on exercises.Provide real-world use cases and project-oriented scenarios for better learning outcomes.Conduct interactive sessions, Q&A, and assessments to ensure participant understanding.Offer guidance on best practices, implementation strategies, and integration approaches.Prepare and share training materials, documentation, and reference guides.Required Skills✅ Strong expertise in Saviynt Security Manager (SSM) and IGA concepts✅ Hands-on experience in Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Requests, Certifications, Role Mining, SoD✅ Proficiency in Saviynt connectors and integrations (LDAP, AD, Azure AD, SAP, SaaS applications, databases, etc.)✅ Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)✅ Experience with SQL, APIs, and scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Java) is preferred✅ Excellent presentation, communication, and training delivery skills✅ Prior experience in corporate or freelance training delivery
