  • Tracking of project through client's digital mode of control.
  • Regular site visits to monitor projects quality.
  • Issue site observation or defect/snag list
  • Analysis of on-going activities.
  • Checking of all materials, testing and records.
Preparation of close out report/ lesson learned of each phase of projectQualifications
  • Education - Diploma / B.E in Electrical/Mechanical
  • Preferably skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience in working with projects of Industrial, Commercial
  • Strong understanding of MEP design principles and calculations.
  • Expertise in relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Site Inspections - Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to engineering standards and project requirements.
