The role involves working with clients to define transformation roadmaps, strategize intelligent operations, and implementing scalable AIOps solutions across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.Key Responsibilities:

Drive strategy and advisory for Hybrid Cloud and AIOps adoption.
Lead consulting engagements to design cloud-native, AI-driven IT operations.
Strategize and implement observability, monitoring, and automation solutions.
Design and implement AIOps solutions across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
Integrate monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Splunk, Moogsoft, SevOne).
Automate incident detection, root cause analysis, and remediation workflows.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Hybrid Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, On-prem).
Hands-on experience with AIOps tools (Moogsoft, Splunk, Netcool (Watson AIOps), Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, etc.).
Experience in Infrastructure as Code (Ansible/Terraform).
Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform, Shell).
Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and cloud operating models.

Preferred Certifications:

Cloud: AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect.
AIOps/Monitoring: Splunk Core Certified Power User, Moogsoft Certified Engineer, ServiceNow ITOM.
