- Configure and maintain Oracle Learning Cloud (courses, offerings, catalogs, assignments, communities).
- Translate functional requirements from L&D into technical configurations.
- Manage integrations with HRIS, talent, and external content providers.
- Support quarterly Oracle releases by testing and implementing Learning-related changes.
- Support technical aspects of learning content lifecycle (SCORM, external content, vendor integrations).
- Support in maintaining catalogs, tags, and classifications for discoverability.
- Enable Learning Journeys and employee learning experiences through system configuration.
- Configure and support AI-driven learning features (recommendations, skills matching, career development).
- Align technical setup with Dynamic Skills and job profiles in partnership with L&D and HRIS AI teams.
- Enable AI-assisted learning discovery and personalization.
- Build and maintain learning analytics and compliance reporting using OTBI and standard reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, monitor adoption, and support audits for mandatory training and certifications.
- Ensure learning configurations comply with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and technical training materials for HR and business users.
- Partner with L&D, HRBPs, Compliance, and HR Operations to deliver technical solutions.
- Act as first point of contact for system-related learning queries and improvements.
- Support global rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Any graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Learning Cloud configuration and administration.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Familiarity with learning content standards (SCORM, external providers).
- Experience with OTBI reporting and data validation.
- Comfortable working in Agile / HRIS delivery environments.
- Experience with Oracle Skills, Dynamic Skills, or Talent modules.
- Exposure to AI-driven learning recommendations or skills frameworks.
- Experience supporting global learning programs.
