Oracle Product Lifecycle Management: Service Engineer- QA
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our Oracle Product Lifecycle Management module.
Job description:
Provide L1 support for Oracle Cloud PLM-Product Development (PD) / Product Data Hub (PDH)
  • Hand-on experience with Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations, and customization management and support
  • Perform API integration testing, configuring Oracle PDH application components
  • Deliver post-production support/hypercare service
  • Create custom reports using Oracle tools
  • Perform Root cause analysis on recurring issues
  • Execute Agile data migration processes
  • Conduct quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing
  • Analyse and prioritize support requests involving Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations and customizations issues
  • Perform initial assessment and customization component failures
  • Coordinate post-production support/Hypercare requests
  • Triage issues related to custom reports using oracle tools
  • Manage incidents tickets for Agile data migration challenges
  • Track and prioritize quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing requests
Requirements:
  • 5+ experience with Oracle Cloud PLM solutions
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles
  • Proficiency in Oracle PDH application configurations
  • 5+yrs of relevant exp on Support or implementation projects.
  • Manual Testing experience & have written test cases.
  • Good Communication for an Individual contributor role.
  • Location of Work – Bangalore, Kodathi office.
  • Knowledge of API integration and testing methodologies (patch testing)
  • Experience with custom reports development using oracle tools
  • Background in Agile data migration techniques
  • Ability to validate and test system configuration and patches
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication abilities with both technical and business stakeholders
Oracle Inventory: Service Engineer-QA
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our Supporting Oracle Inventory, Receiving, Receipt Accounting, Inventory Visibility in Oracle.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L1 support for organization and Location Configuration
  • Mange Oracle Receiving and recipient accounting issues
  • Deliver Month-end/Quarter-End support services
  • Triage and prioritize incoming oracle inventory management tickets
  • Perform initial assessment of reported system issues
  • Route complex problems to appropriate support team and on-calls
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle inventory issues or route to appropriate teams
  • Document solutions and knowledge base articles
  • Monitor tickets queues and ensure SLA compliance
  • Support critical period-end processing activities
  • Ensure inventory visibility and accuracy within Oracle systems
  • Implement best practices for inventory management within Oracle
Requirements:
  • 5+ experience of Oracle inventory management modules
  • Understanding of receiving and recipient accounting processes
  • Experience with organization and location configuration in Oracle

Oracle Demand & Supply Planning: Service Engineer- QA
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our Oracle SCP(Supply Chain Planning) that covers Oracle Demand, Supply Planning, Global Order Promising for ATO, MTS & MTO production strategy
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Oracle Demand Planning processes, including CTO forecasting and planning measure management
  • Collect data from Fusion and internal system, troubleshooting failures
  • Support supply planning processes like MPR and constrained/unconstrained planning
  • Utilize expertise in supply planning data models, REST APIs, and BIP reports to drive business outcomes
  • Lead E2E Planning Integrated Business Cycles
  • Resolve critical planning issues related to plan behavior, data gaps, Supply/demand reconciliation issues etc
  • Execute quarterly patching testing and validations
  • Receive, analyze, and prioritize support tickets related to Oracle Demand Planning Processes including CTO forecasting and planning measure management
  • Perform initial assessment of issues with data collection from Fusion, internal and external systems
  • Triage failures and route to appropriate support teams/On-calls
  • Document and categorize supply planning process like MRP and constrained/unconstrained planning
  • Identify severity and impact of problems related to supply planning data models, REST APIs and BIP reports
  • Monitor & Coordinate support for E2E planning integrated Business Cycles
  • Manage incident tickets related to support E2E Oracle SCP
  • Track and prioritize quarterly patch testing needs
Requirements:
  • 5+ experience with Oracle Demand, Supply Planning & Global Order Promising solutions
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and methodologies
  • 5+yrs of relevant exp on Support or implementation projects.

Risk Management Service Engineer 1-QA
Job Summary: Assist in implementing and maintaining SOX controls supporting the Application Managers for Intern applications and 3rd party Applications, support internal and external audits, and identify potential SOX compliance risks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining SOX controls for 1P and 3P products
  • Support internal and external audits related to SOX compliance
  • Support engineering teams and Application Managers during SOX walkthrough
  • Managing evidence requirements initiated by Internal audit
  • Performing quality and compliance check of evidence submitted by engineering and Application management
  • Support engineering and Application Management for remediation of SOX deficiencies
  • Test and evaluate the effectiveness of SOX controls
  • Document control testing procedures and findings
  • Identify and report control deficiencies
  • Prepare reports and documentation for SOX compliance activities
  • Communicate SOX compliance status and findings to management and stakeholders
  • Support onboarding, testing and maintenance of controls for new systems in SOX scope
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thoroughness and accuracy of controls testing
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in SOX compliance, internal controls, or auditing
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of SOX regulations, internal controls, and accounting principles
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 5+yrs of relevant exp on Support or implementation projects.
  • Manual Testing experience & have written test cases.
  • Good Communication for an Individual contributor role.
  • Location of Work – Bangalore, Kodathi office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Certification: CISA preferred
