SaturdayKey Responsibilities:- Drive and implement a CRO roadmap focused on enhancing conversions across desktop, mobile, and landing pages.- Lead A/B testing and analyze user behavior using tools like VWO, Hotjar, and similar platforms.- Identify and address funnel leaks, bounce rates, and drop-off points to reduce friction and improve conversions.- Collaborate closely with design, product, content, tech, and performance marketing teams to align on UI/UX, growth, and revenue goals.- Manage user testing, wireframing, feedback loops, and deliver regular reports on performance insights and optimization outcomes.Key Requirements:- Atleast 3 years of hands-on experience in CRO, UX/UI design, and product optimization.- Deep understanding of performance metrics, user behavior, and psychology-driven analysis.- Skilled in using tools like GA4, VWO, Hotjar, and Figma for data-driven decision making.- Proven ability to translate user insights into impactful, conversion-focused designs.
